A renowned Parisian fashion house, Amin Kader embodies excellence and timeless elegance. Yet its WooCommerce e-commerce site reflected neither its expertise nor its high-end positioning. Rigid navigation, technical slowness and cumbersome management were holding back its digital expansion, impacting its image and online appeal.

Recurring technical bugs led to excessive loading times and jerky navigation, altering the user experience and the perception of luxury.

Today, with over 800 craftsmen at its side, Kaloes has become an essential reference in the field of crocheted raffia, recognized by the greatest fashion houses.

Kaloes wanted to break down the prejudices associated with Malagasy craftsmanship, often perceived as incompatible with the codes of luxury. The aim was to create an online boutique that reflected a modern, premium aesthetic worthy of the greatest French houses, while sublimating Malagasy authenticity and know-how.

Patyka, a well-known organic skincare brand in France, was facing major challenges in managing its aging e-commerce site.
These problems were impacting not only the brand’s image, but also its operational efficiency and ability to expand internationally.
The objective was to modernize the site while simplifying its management and facilitating expansion into new markets.

Complex site management :

Excessive use of applications and a site that was difficult to customize made day-to-day site management painful and inefficient. The site didn't allow pages to be created or modified easily, limiting the brand's ability to innovate.

Aging design :

The site, designed over five years ago, no longer reflected the brand's current values and professionalism. Its dated appearance was detrimental to Patyka's brand image.

Complicated multilingual and international management :

Patyka was managing multiple Shopify instances for each language and market, resulting in duplication of effort and a lack of consistency between sites. This made it difficult to update and manage content, rendering some sites obsolete in relation to the main instance in France.

To meet Patyka’s needs, we implemented a three-pronged strategy: a complete redesign, the centralization of Shopify instances for simplified management, and the development of a new Shopify theme, optimized for performance and scalability.
These solutions enabled Patyka to overcome its challenges and strengthen its online presence.

Complete redesign

We designed new layouts on Figma, adopting a "mobile first" approach. The new design is fully compatible with Shopify, enabling seamless and precise integration. The design system and digital charter have been modernized to reflect Patyka's professional image.

Shopify instance centralization

We migrated all existing instances (Spain, Italy, etc.) to a single, now international Shopify instance. Thanks to Shopify Market, we have contextualized markets, enabling Patyka to adapt content and offers to the specificities of each market, while using a single multi-currency instance.

Development of a new Shopify theme

We've developed a Shopify theme from scratch, using the latest technologies to guarantee a clean, scalable code base. With this new theme, brands can easily manage their site, create and modify pages independently, while respecting design system standards.

marocMaroc, a high-end cosmetics brand, was in a critical situation with its existing website, hosted on WordPress WooCommerce.

Back office management was complex and chaotic, resulting in significant slowness and maintenance difficulties.

In addition, the site suffered from a low conversion rate of less than 1%, and limited visibility despite the richness of its products and authentic Moroccan ingredients.

The need to migrate to a more powerful platform and completely rethink the user experience was obvious to guarantee the brand’s growth and sustainability.

To meet marocMaroc’s critical needs, KNR developed a two-pronged strategy: migration to Shopify and a complete redesign of the website.

Migration to Shopify: The first step was to migrate the WordPress WooCommerce website to Shopify. Migration vers Shopify :

La dernière phase du projet a été la migration du site internet de WordPress WooCommerce vers Shopify. Cette étape a inclus le transfert sécurisé de toutes les données, y compris les comptes clients, les historiques de commandes et les inventaires de produits, pour garantir une continuité sans heurts. Nous avons configuré le back office Shopify pour optimiser la gestion du site, rendant les processus de gestion plus intuitifs et rapides.

Annual sales increased by over 120% after the launch of the new site. This substantial growth is attributed to an improved user experience, simplified management and enhanced functionality.

The bounce rate, which was initially 81%, fell to 49%. This 38% reduction indicates that users are more engaged and spend more time on the site.

The average time spent on the site rose from 8 seconds to 1 minute and 20 seconds. This significant increase in engagement shows that users find the site’s content more attractive and immersive.

The conversion rate increased by 103%. This increase reflects the effectiveness of improvements to product pages and the purchasing process.

The collaboration between Maroc Maroc and KNR has resulted in an exemplary digital transformation, successfully meeting the brand’s initial challenges. Thanks to the migration to Shopify and the complete redesign of the site, marocMaroc now benefits from a high-performance, easy-to-manage platform aligned with its brand identity.

Redesign of Transactional Emails for the L’Oréal Access Platform

The mission was clear but ambitious. At the heart of the challenge was the need to transform emails into a captivating showcase for training videos, essential to the platform’s educational offering. It wasn’t just a question of improving the aesthetics of the emails, but also of rethinking their structure to encourage interaction and engagement.

In addition, it was imperative to equip L’Oréal’s CRM teams with the tools they needed to create personalized and effective communications, without constantly relying on technical support.

To meet these challenges, we have adopted a two-pronged strategy focused on innovation and flexibility. Firstly, we carried out a complete graphic redesign of the transactional emails using Figma, with particular emphasis on video integration. Our aim was to create a design that not only enhanced video content, but was also engaging for the user.

We’ve designed the emails in interchangeable blocks, offering a multitude of possible combinations. This modularity enables L’Oréal’s CRM teams to customize emails via Content Builder according to the specific needs of their audience, with ease of use. This approach has transformed the way emails are created, offering unprecedented flexibility for dynamic, personalized marketing campaigns.

In addition, we have taken proactive steps to ensure that emails are responsive and optimized for dark mode. This anticipation guarantees a consistent, immersive user experience on all devices, especially smartphones where dark mode is frequently used.

The redesign marked a turning point for L’Oréal’s Access Platform. The successful integration of videos into emails has not only increased user engagement but also enriched the learning experience by making content more accessible and engaging.

The flexibility offered by interchangeable blocks has enabled CRM teams to create emails that truly resonate with their audience, improving the relevance and effectiveness of their communications.

Optimization for dark mode and responsive design has ensured that emails retain their visual appeal and functionality across all devices, enhancing the overall impact of La Plateforme Access email campaigns.

This global approach not only met L’Oréal’s immediate needs, but also laid the foundations for a more robust and adaptable email communications strategy for the future.
